Rochester, NY is getting ready to welcome its first urban dog park! After months of deliberation, the city has narrowed down the potential locations to three.
The first potential location is at the corner of East Main Street and North Goodman Street. This spot is close to downtown and would be easily accessible for many residents. It would also provide a great view of the Genesee River.
The second potential location is at the corner of South Avenue and Alexander Street. This spot is close to the University of Rochester and would be a great place for students and their furry friends to get some exercise.
The third potential location is at the corner of East Avenue and North Clinton Avenue. This spot is close to the Strong Museum of Play and would be a great place for families to take their dogs for some fun and exercise.
No matter which location is chosen, the new urban dog park will be a great addition to the city of Rochester. It will provide a safe and fun place for dogs and their owners to get some exercise and socialize. The city is currently working on finalizing the details and is expected to make an announcement soon.
We can’t wait to see which location is chosen and to welcome Rochester’s first urban dog park!
